At REDMAGIC UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gaming gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your device within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it remains in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Log in to your REDMAGIC account or visit our support page to submit a return request with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Receive Authorization

  Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the device in its original box including all accessories and manuals, then attach the provided label and drop it off at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
